Mother of Pearl Medium Heart

Carved from natural mother of pearl and set in 14K yellow gold with 0.50 carats of diamond accents, it glows with a quiet iridescence that shifts from warm ivory to hints of pink and blue depending on the light.

At approximately 26.5mm (just over 1 inch), it's sized to wear every day — substantial enough to notice, light enough to layer.
