Sicily 14K Gold Large
Sicily 14K Gold Large
I designed this pendant during my visit to the island of Ortigia in Siracusa, Sicily. It is a replica of the 15th century rose window of Chiesa di San Giovanni Battista (Church of St. John the Baptist) in the Piazza del Precursore. The window survived the 1693 earthquake that devastated 70 towns and cities in southern Sicily. This exquisite historical piece is sophisticated, yet easy to wear with everything. This is a luxurious piece crafted with substantial weight. Approximately 38mm. The diamonds throughout gives it a 3d look with its variations in thickness. We believe each jewel tells a story. Inspire your style with this contemporary take on a classic church window. Effortlessly chic. Round diamonds 1.2c. Gold 40grams. Show here with our Solid Gold Paperclip Chain.
